In a 30-minute session, I’ll assess your mandatories on camera, fix your biggest limiting cue, and give you 1–2 drills you can repeat between sessions. My approach blends yoga-informed mechanics with bodybuilding presentation, so you get wider lats, cleaner lines, and calmer stage presence fast.
